Milling Center Returns

We are committed to your satisfaction and strive to deliver products of the highest quality. If you encounter any issues with the crown you receive, such as damage or an incorrect color shade, we will remake it at no cost to you.
Eligibility for Remake:
Damaged Crowns: If your crown arrives cracked or damaged, we will address the issue immediately.
Color Discrepancy: If the shade of the crown does not match your order, we will remake the crown at no additional cost to you.
Limitations:
Modifications: Crowns that have been cracked or damaged after any modifications (including staining) by the customer are not eligible for a remake.
Original Condition: To qualify for a remake, the crown must be returned in the condition it was received, before any modifications.
Remake Request Procedure:
Notification: Please email us at info@denteon.com as soon as you identify an issue with the crown.
Return: The original unit must be returned to us to process the remake.
We aim to make this process as smooth and straightforward as possible, ensuring that you receive a crown that meets your expectations. Thank you for choosing us for your dental crown needs.

Return Policy on Consumables 

Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt unless advertised as a “final sale” product (i.e., non-returnable, clearance, etc.). Returns must be in a new, unused, re-sellable condition and include the original product packaging. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

To return products, please contact our customer support at support@denteon.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the product. Please make sure the RMA number is referenced on the return shipping label. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. We recommend that the Buyer fully insures the return shipment against loss or damage.

Denteon will refund the purchase price, minus original shipping and handling costs and any restocking charges. Refunds are processed within ten (10) business days after Denteon’s receipt of the returned product and inspection. The Buyer’s refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.

Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please take pictures of the damaged goods and packaging. Please note whether the packaging is damaged or not. Email the images to support@denteon.com to request a refund/replacement.
